 Smokers are actually pretty basic devices. They generate smoke and heat in controlled portions while giving you the space and versatility you need to smoke whatever you want. The basic idea is to have two areas in your smoker. One area is where heat creates smoke and the necessary temperatures to do your cooking while the other area hold the food in a temperature controlled, smoky environment. The vents and connections between these spaces provide the airflow necessary to keep the heat and smoke traveling while avoiding an excess of smoke that can make food bitter.

This Grill is for the budget minded ,still a great cooker for about half the price ,they run around $135.

 This is our most common smoker grill,these run around $225,and last a long time ,you will enjoy your food year after year .

We work with your materials for even cheaper prices ,also we need propane tanks ,water tanks and steel of all kinds.

I have loved slow cooked smoked meat for many years now! Actually Bar-B-que's of any kind for that matter, but smoked meat is my favorite. Over the years I've tried many kinds of store bought grills and smokers, some work very well!  Anyone who has ever lit a grill has probably had a thought on what they wished theirs had but didn't! Either more cooking space or less, a bigger or smaller fire pit, it would cook faster or slower.... the list goes on. So I decided to build a grill the way I wanted one. Wow what a deal, I found out there is a lot to building even a small grill if you want to do it right!

The biggest problems I had with store bought grills were: cooking too fast, the outside of the meat would be done or burnt, leaving the inside uncooked, or the fire coals would burn out too quick, these and a few other small things.  In fairness to all grills no matter who makes them, it takes time and practice to learn how to cook on a grill! Anyway, what I came up with no matter what size grill or smoker I build, I build it to burn as even as possible and to burn slow!!! To me this is the key to the good grilling or smoking  meat! However there are always exceptions to the rule, steaks, burgers and hot dogs. These are things that you usually grill quickly!

We take pride in the grills and smokers we build! We build each and every one as if it were going to be our own personal grill! We pay strict attention to every detail. They are built as stated above to burn slow and as evenly as possible! They are built solid and to last for a long time! We build many different sizes from large trailer mounted, down to small tailgate size! We will also custom build smokers or grills to your specifications!
